About the Glen:
Hello lovelies! My name is Glendale! No, I was not named after the city. I graduated from CSUS in December 2012, acquiring a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a concentration in Public Relations. I moved with my other half to Los Angeles in 2013.
I love food just like everybody else. I believe my father is the best chef ever and alot of my passion for seafood comes from him. I love to cook, learn new recipes, try out new things and have an adventure… especially with my other half.
About the Dre:
My name is Andre. My goal is to one day own my own restaurant. I enjoy eating at different mom-and-pop restaurants and exposing myself to different types of food. My favorite chefs are Gordon Ramsey and Michael Symon. I would watch YouTube videos of my favorites chefs to learn cooking techniques. I moved to Los Angeles in 2013 where I enjoy dining at the array of restaurants LA has to offer. I was able to dine at my very first Michelin Star restaurant, Gordon Ramsey’s “London” in which I ate the best meal of his life.
About Us:
Glendre is what our friends call us…. The Brangelia’s of food blogging. Okay, maybe not like that but it’s a nickname we refer to ourselves. You can say we’re foodies. I think combined, we make a great food team. That’s why we decided as part of our new years resolution, to start our own blog. I have the writing background, he as the food background… maybe together we can create something magical. We’re not Jonathan Gold or anything, but we have fun together, love to make others laugh and like to be as honest as possible and that’s what you’ll find here.
